By 2006, Maria Napolitano had sensed that the real estate market was changing. So, having held a real estate license for several years, she decided to shift her focus to property management. Six years later, in February 2012, she co-founded Allegiant Management Group, allowing her to put her skills and experience to better use. Since then, her business has grown to become one of the top property management firms in the Orlando area, with expertise throughout Central Florida and especially in the Kissimmee rental market. Maria is very active in her community and is the mother of four terrific young men.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Elizabeth Santiago has been a real estate sales professional since 2005, when she started her career in new construction. She is known for providing excellent service to her clients due to her outstanding communication and negotiating skills. Originally from Illinois, Elizabeth moved to Florida in 1999 and joined Allegiant Management Group in 2012. She is the mother of four grown children and has a keen ability to multitask. Elizabeth is passionate about guiding her clients through their transaction with her years of experience in both new construction and resales throughout Florida.

Waleska is originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and relocated to Central Florida in 1998, she currently calls Osceola County home with her family. Her customer service and hospitality background gives her the opportunity to better serve her clients. With a passion for service Waleska is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. When she isn't making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
